*Fluorescent linear tubes are subject to surcharge rates:

• $10.00 per case of fluorescent linear tubes measuring 15"-39"
• $15.00 per case of fluorescent linear tubes measuring 40"-95"
• $75.00 per case of fluorescent linear tubes measuring 96" or more

Next Day Delivery or 2nd Day Delivery

• At the customer's request
• Expedited shipping fees will be calculated once the merchandise has been packaged and weighed

Backorders

If an item is on backorder or subject to a longer delivery time, customers are notified by e-mail or telephone by our customer service department.

P.O. Boxes

LightBulbEmporium.com cannot ship to Post Office Boxes.

International Orders & U.S. Orders Outside the Continental U.S.

International shipments and shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico will incur additional shipping fees, which will be determined at the time of order packaging based on the weight and dimensions of the shipment.

Return & Restocking Policy

LightBulbEmporium.com stands behind our products and will issue a refund, replacement or credit if you are not satisfied with your purchase and notify us within 7 days of receipt.*

A restocking charge of 20% will apply to all items returned where LightbulbEmporium.com has made no error in merchandising or shipping. Refunds will be made by original method of payment or refund check.

All returns must arrive in the original packaging and all freight charges for the return of goods are to be paid by the customer.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

*There are exceptions to our Return Policy including, but not limited to, fluorescent bulbs 36" or longer in length, Special Order products, orders outside the continental U.S., and shipments delivered via common carrier. Please call 1.888.777.0649 or email customer service to obtain a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) before returning any order.
